How do I place an order?

Browse the menu, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to be logged in to complete your order.

How does payment work?

We use Paystack for secure online payments. After checkout, you'll be redirected to Paystack to complete your payment. Once payment is successful, your order will be processed immediately.

How do I track my order?

After placing an order, you'll receive a 6-digit collection PIN. You can view your order status and PIN in the "Orders" section. Orders have three statuses: Pending, Ready, and Completed.

What are the collection procedures?

When your order is ready, present your 6-digit PIN at the counter for collection. The PIN ensures only you can collect your order. Please keep your PIN confidential.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled as preparation begins immediately. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

How to contact customer service?

Use the contact form on our Contact page, or visit us during operating hours. We typically respond within 24 hours. For urgent matters, please visit us in person.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major debit/credit cards through Paystack. Cash payments are accepted for in-person orders only.

How do I update my account information?

Go to the Profile section to update your personal details and change your password. Your updated login credentials will take effect immediately.

What if I forget my collection PIN?

Your PIN is displayed in the order details in the "Orders" section. If you cannot access your account, please visit us with your order ID and email verification.

How do I reset my password?

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your registered email address. If the email is registered, you'll be able to set a new password immediately.
